Our history

40 years of passion

The company took its first steps in the recreational sector in the early eighties, moved by the owners' passion for outdoor tourism and their ambition to design and build recreational vehicles capable of satisfying the desire for freedom typical of those years.

1983

In 1983, a small production of pure campers on original FIAT and FORD vans began, giving life to a line of models (M2 and M4) that immediately aroused considerable interest among enthusiasts and professionals.

In the following years, the owners' creativity and resourcefulness led to the consolidation of the company in the niche of "small fitters", which allowed them to be always close and attentive to the needs of their customers and, at the same time, pushed them towards the design of more comfortable and spacious models. This is how the concept of SEMI-INTEGRATED was born.

1990

The 1990s marked the beginning of the production of the M5 and M6 models on the tested mechanics' FIAT DUCATO and FORD TRANSIT, characterized by the pleasant external line and the extreme strength and compactness due to the MONOCOQUE in FIBERGLASS. Particularly, the M6 model finds immediately a pleasant reception from the public thanks to the innovative rear hatch with a variable volume locker that allows a high loading capacity.

1995

In 1995, a new production phase introduced the TUNNEL FIBERGLASS shell for the new "AIE" series with the 550, 580, 600, 620 models. This production's peculiarity consisted of the possibility of realizing using the same mold semi-integrated of various lengths with an independent process of the mechanics. Such processing made it possible to increase the production capacity, outlining a concept of "series" production, leading to the incremental abandonment of the particularities of customized fittings.

2001

2001 is a pivotal year for the company. The globalization of the market, combined with the final buyer's increasingly particular needs, pushed the owners to design and create a new line of semi- integrated motorhomes with two fundamental goals: to combine a FIBERGLASS MONOCOQUE with an aerodynamic and captivating line with an innovative and modern mechanics.

The encounter with a young creative, and competent architect, the designer FRANCO TUROLLA, and the collaboration, first in Europe, with General Motors for the supply of the brand-new OPEL MOVANO and VIVARO mechanics brought to the development of completely new and innovative project for the company: this is how the PROJET line was born.

The architect Franco Turolla implemented a fibreglass monocoque body in which peculiar lines, attractive design, harmonious volumes, and proportions are well combined with the proposed vehicles' robustness, elasticity, and comfortable interior space. OPEL mechanics provide unique performance and driving comfort. The combination of the first-rate accessories (six gears, 4-disc brakes, ABS, the lowest torque-speed in the category, Electric Pack, airbag) and the excellent drag coefficient of the monocoque make you also enjoy the long journeys thanks to the comfortable interior habitability of an automobile. The Projet 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, Projet Viv models immediately find the public's favor embracing an ideal compromise between aesthetics and functionality, between pleasant aerodynamic shapes and interior comfort.

2005

In 2005 an important internal restyling was completed in harmony with the captivating external lines and excellent performance. In 2007 the company began collaborating with Renault Italy to supply the new Renault Master mechanics to be paired with the already tested monocoque of the PROJET line. Thus began the production of the new Projet 104, 204, 304, 404, 604, 704 models, which differ from the previous ones in terms of internal arrangements, greater standard features and equipment, and increasingly refined finishes and details, representing the current production of the agency. During these past years, an important sales network - both in Italy and abroad - has been organized and progressively consolidated, enabling the company to get closer and closer to the final consumers and satisfy all their needs.

2009

Recently, for the 2009 production, the new Renault Master Camping Car mechanics have been adopted with a further increase of the basic equipment (e.g. the prestigious ISRI 360 ° swivel comfort seats for driver and passenger or the very comfortable automated-robotic gearbox), thus making the locomotive practically full-optional.

2016

In 2016 the brand was acquired by the company My Home Autocaravans. The headquarters moved to Pescantina, which is now pushing for further development of production and international sales at full speed. As a result, the new models were presented at the Salone del Camper di Parma, for the first time, in 2017. The one-piece fibreglass body with an integrated fibreglass floor has the same robustness and reliability. Furthermore, the harmonious and sleek line has been updated with new external graphics. The interior has been renovated: furniture with the same qualitative characteristics but more modern and contemporary.

2020

In 2020 Aiesistem reached the German market, establishing a partnership with the VCFC dealer, who exhibited the first model at the Munich fair in 2020.
Despite the difficulties related to Covid19, the constant presence at the Salone del Camper di Parma in 2019, 2020 and 2021 brought an important increase in orders. This has ensured an ever- increasing brand awareness, acknowledged by those who already knew Aiesistem of the former owner and by new customers and enthusiasts interested in the different construction techniques and craftsmanship quality.
